How we choose seats

We will decline a cohort if the metric owner is not in the room.

Field Ledger is open to anyone who wants the notes. Cohort Bench and War Room require that the person who presents the weekly KPI slide attends. Sending only an analyst who “will brief the PM later” produces pretty homework and unchanged Mondays.

If you are a vendor hoping to sit in and prospect, do not enrol. If you are a founder with a pre-launch app and no telemetry yet, Field Ledger is the honest starting point.
