Refund notice

This notice applies after Logicauditgrid has issued an invoice and you have paid a programme fee. This website does not take payment. Informational prices on enrolment pages are not charges. Consumer protections under Thai law still apply where you qualify as a consumer; nothing here tries to waive a right that cannot be waived.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if: (1) we cancel a cohort or War Room and cannot offer a date you accept within 90 days; (2) you cancel a Cohort Bench or lab seat in writing before the first live critique begins; (3) Field Ledger notes are undeliverable for more than 14 days after payment through our fault; or (4) we materially fail to deliver the live hours described in your confirmation.

Dissatisfaction with a faculty opinion, with a critique that marks your dashboard harshly, or with the fact that we do not teach paid acquisition, is not by itself eligibility. Those limits are stated before enrolment.

Timeframe to request

Send a refund request within 14 days of the event that triggered eligibility (cancellation notice, missed delivery, or the date the first critique was due). Requests after that window are considered only at our discretion, except where Thai law requires a longer period.

Full versus partial refund

Full refund. Cancellation by us without an acceptable reschedule; your written cancel before the first live critique; Field Ledger undelivered through our fault. Bank fees originally charged to you are included when we caused the failure.

Partial refund. If you withdraw after week one of a live programme has begun but before week four, we refund 50% of the tuition paid, less any non-refundable third-party room or travel we already committed at your written request. After week four begins, live tuition is not refunded except where we failed to deliver remaining hours; in that case we refund a pro-rata share of undelivered live hours.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue deposits you asked us to book; travel and accommodation (yours or faculty’s) once purchased with your approval; custom printed materials already produced for a named War Room; and completion letters already issued. Field Ledger is refundable only if files were not delivered; once downloaded, notes are non-refundable because they cannot be returned.

Refund process

Email info@logicauditgrid.digital with the subject “Refund”, your invoice number, attendee name, and the reason. We acknowledge within two working days and decide within ten working days of receiving any missing invoice detail.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid back by the same method you used to pay, usually bank transfer in Thai baht. Expect the transfer to leave our account within 15 working days after approval. International inbound fees charged by your bank remain yours. We do not refund onto a different person’s account without a written instruction from the original payer.

Cancellation by you or by us

You may cancel a confirmed seat by email. Before the first critique, cancellation is a full refund as above. We may cancel or postpone a cohort if faculty illness, insufficient seats, or force majeure (including severe weather affecting Phetchabun or Bangkok travel) makes delivery unreasonable. In those cases we offer a new date or a full refund; you choose.

Exceptions

If you were removed from a programme for abusive conduct, recording sessions for public distribution, or soliciting alumni, fees are not refunded. If your organisation paid and later reassigns the seat to another employee before week one, that is a transfer, not a refund. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay any goodwill we might otherwise offer.
