Privacy notice

This notice explains how Logicauditgrid handles personal data when you visit logicauditgrid.digital, write to us, or enrol in a programme. It should be read with our cookies notice and terms of use.

We process data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a visitor or student is in another jurisdiction, we still apply the standards in this notice unless a stricter local rule applies to that person.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send, including app names and dashboard context. From enrolment: attendee names, billing details, and organisational affiliation. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested, kept only as needed for security and diagnosis. If you accept analytics cookies, we may record aggregated page-view counts; if you reject them, we do not.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card numbers on this website, or special-category data. Please do not paste secrets, production credentials, or unredacted user PII from your apps into the form. If you do, we will ask you to resend a redacted version and will delete the original when practicable.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to reply, to assess whether a programme fits, and to keep a record of what was promised. We use enrolment data to deliver teaching, invoice, and meet accounting duties. We use security logs to protect the site. Where PDPA requires a basis, we rely on: steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract for enrolment; legitimate interests in running a small teaching studio and securing the site; consent for optional analytics cookies; and legal obligation for tax records.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months so we can recall prior advice, then deleted or anonymised. Confirmed enrolment records, invoices, and completion letters are kept for 7 years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, then reduced to a minimal archive or deleted. Security logs are typically rotated within 90 days unless needed for an incident. Analytics data, if any, is kept in aggregated form for up to 14 months. Cookie consent choices stay in your browser until you clear storage.

Processors and sharing

We may use email hosting, accounting, and video-call tools to run the studio. Those processors act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We do not share student dashboards with other students without redaction unless you present them yourself in a live session. We may disclose data if required by Thai law or to defend a legal claim.

International transfers

Faculty, alumni channels, and some processors may be located outside Thailand, including elsewhere in Southeast Asia or in other regions where our email or video tools host data. When we transfer personal data abroad, we do so only as needed to reply, teach, or operate the site, and we take contractual and practical steps appropriate under the PDPA, including using providers who offer reasonable security and limiting the data to what the task requires. If you do not want a particular tool used for your cohort, say so before week one and we will discuss a workable alternative.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics cookie consent at any time via the cookies page or by clearing site storage; withdrawal does not affect prior legitimate processing. To exercise rights, email info@logicauditgrid.digital from the address we hold, or write to the studio address above. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date above will move. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be emailed to the address on file.
