Terms of use

These terms govern your use of logicauditgrid.digital and any enrolment in Logicauditgrid programmes, notes, or facilitated sessions. Logicauditgrid is the trading name of the studio operating from Phetchabun, Thailand. By browsing the site or requesting a seat, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or submit an enrolment request.

Acceptance and eligibility

You represent that you have authority to bind yourself or the organisation you name in an enquiry. Programmes are intended for professional product, data, and engineering work. We may decline a seat when the metric owner will not attend, when the request appears to be vendor prospecting, or when telemetry does not yet exist for a live critique.

Prices shown on the site are informational. A contract is formed only when we send a written confirmation of dates, fee, and attendee names after your enquiry. This website does not process payments.

Programmes and materials

Live sessions, office hours, and War Room facilitation are scheduled in Thailand time unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for a working connection and for bringing a live dashboard or extract as requested. Completion means you attended the critiques and received written feedback; it is not a certification of mastery and must not be marketed as one.

Field Ledger notes and worksheets are licensed to the named purchaser for internal use only. You may not resell, republish, or train a public course on our frameworks without written permission. Alumni channel access, where included, may be revoked if it is used for solicitation.

Intellectual property

The site, the Mobile KPI Atlas, syllabi, worksheets, and faculty recordings remain Logicauditgrid’s intellectual property. Your app telemetry, dashboards, and event dictionaries remain yours. By submitting materials for critique you grant us a limited licence to review them during the programme and to use anonymised patterns in teaching, never your confidential figures or brand names, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Unsplash photographs used on this site remain the property of their respective authors and are used under the Unsplash licence. Trademarks of analytics vendors mentioned in teaching examples belong to those vendors; mention is not endorsement.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, upload malware through forms, or misrepresent your identity in an enquiry. You must not record live sessions for public distribution. Private notes for your team are allowed.

Liability

Teaching is opinionated professional education, not software consulting or a guarantee of commercial results. We do not warrant that following a framework will increase revenue, store ranking, or crash-free rate. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Logicauditgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or participation in a programme.

Our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed enrolment is limited to the fees you actually paid for that enrolment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Site availability

The site is provided as-is. We may change pages, retire programmes, or correct prices without prior notice. Informational prices are not offers. Outages, including failure of the mock enquiry endpoint, do not create a claim for damages; email info@logicauditgrid.digital if a form fails.

Privacy, cookies, and refunds

Personal data is handled under our privacy notice. Cookie use is described in the cookies notice. Fees, cancellations, and refunds after an invoice is issued follow the refund notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Thai courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from an enrolment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you qualify as a consumer under Thai law. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting a confirmed enrolment will be sent to the email on that enrolment.
